The Bodywork Session
The structure
Our bodywork sessions resemble finely tuned relaxation journeys. An initial short warm-up talk serves to get to know each other and to find the orientation to tailor the session to your individual needs. The bodywork itself then might start with a short guided meditation, a breathexercise or begins with a gentle touch, accompanied by carefully selected relaxation-music, if desired. The massage ends with moments of stillness and non-touch, where you have your space to come out of the session on your own. Before we say goodbye, there is space for you to share your thoughts and impressions, if you wish to do so.
And last but not least, our facilities also offer you the chance to take a good warm shower after your sesssion - and leave us truly refreshed!

We warmly welcome you to our beautiful session room located in the centre of Cologne, Germany (see "Contact" in the menu for further details). Home or office-visits are also possible.

Equipment
You will be massaged on a Spirit™ portable massage table from Earthlite, which is one of the very best massage tables on the market. With extra width and first-class padding you will feel very comfortable and safe. This table is very solid and being two metres in length means that taller clients will benefit from its greater size. It is portable for home- or office-visits and can be used at floor-level too, necessary for Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.
All massage oils are herbal, dermatologically tested and are of the highest quality. Cold pressed Sesame and Jojoba oil (Wuwei) or the "Revitalizing Massage Oil" (Biotone) are preferred. The pleasantly aromatic "Clarins Tonic Body Treatment" (Clarins) is particularly recommended to help prevent stretch marks during pregnancy and to improve lack of firmness during weight loss. Fragrances of Jo Malone give our room and sheets an exclusive note.
